Shipping Policy
Scars Store is committed to offering a safe, transparent, and efficient shipping service to customers in Brazil and abroad. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service area. We ship to: All of Brazil, other countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
2. Order processing time. The processing time is 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. This time is used for order picking, checking, packaging, and shipping.
3. Combined pickup. This option is only valid for Rio de Janeiro. You will receive an email notification to pick up your order. The order confirmation and ID will be required for pickup. Pickup options are available in the Botafogo and Grajaú neighborhoods. Please note that pickup times may vary (indicated in the pickup notification).
4. Out of stock. If the product is not in stock, don't worry! We also work with made-to-order sales! The delivery time will just be a little longer due to production time (it varies from product to product). Make contact by email for more information. You can also choose to be notified when the item is back in stock.
5. Delivery time. The delivery time starts counting after the order is shipped. Delivery time varies depending on: Customer location, Chosen shipping method, Carrier or postal service used. International orders may take longer due to customs processes.
6. Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase. The cost depends on: Destination, Weight, Product dimensions, Chosen shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered for a limited time.
7. Shipping methods. Deliveries are made by: Postal services, National and international partner carriers. The choice of shipping method will be made by the customer at the time of purchase, when available.
8. Order tracking. After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking code by email. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the delivery status through the tracking system provided.
9. Incorrect or incomplete address. Scars Store is not responsible for deliveries not made due to: Incorrect address, Incomplete address, Absence of the recipient. If the order is returned for these reasons, the new shipment will be at the customer's expense.
10. Delivery delays. Scars Store is not responsible for delays caused by: Strikes, Weather conditions, Logistical problems of carriers, Customs hold-ups, National or international holidays. In these cases, the customer must wait for the service to return to normal.
11. International fees and taxes. For purchases outside of Brazil: Customs duties and local taxes may apply. These amounts are the sole responsibility of the customer. Scars Store has no control over such charges.
12. Product damaged in transport. If the product arrives with: Damaged packaging, Damaged product, The customer must contact us immediately by email: soundscarsproject@gmail.com, sending photos and information about what happened.
13. Non-delivery. If the order is not delivered due to external reasons (carrier, absence, registration error), the customer may choose: Reshipment (subject to new shipping payment), or Refund of the product value (shipping is non-refundable).
