Refund Policy

Our priority is that you, our customer, are always as satisfied as possible with us. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be received undamaged and unused. We offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

To make a return, please send the order number and reason for return, attaching photos when necessary, to soundscarsproject@gmail.com, indicating which of the possible options you prefer (refund, exchange, or credit). In the case of a refund, the funds will be sent via the same payment method used by the customer.
