Welcome to Scars Store. These Terms of Use govern the use of our website, services, and purchases made in our online store. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase, you fully agree to these Terms.

 

1. Store Identification. Scars Store is operated by an individual (CPF), headquartered in Rio de Janeiro – RJ, Brazil, operating in Brazil and abroad. Contact email: soundscarsproject@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms. By using this website, the user declares: To be 18 years of age or older, or have authorization from a legal guardian. To have the legal capacity to contract. To agree to all the rules described herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services.

3. User Registration. To complete a purchase, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date data, being entirely responsible for the information provided. Scars Store is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or false data.

4. Products and Availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may vary depending on the user's screen. Stocks are limited and may run out without prior notice. Scars Store reserves the right to change prices, conditions, and availability at any time.

5. Prices and Payments. Purchases can be made via: Credit card, Pix (the Central Bank of Brazil's payment system), bank slip and PayPal. Payments are processed through secure platforms, and Scars Store does not store bank or card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery. Deliveries are made in Brazil and abroad. Delivery time varies according to location and chosen shipping method. The delivery time starts counting after payment confirmation. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Scars Store is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, weather conditions, customs detentions, or third parties. If the product is not in stock, don't worry! We also work with made-to-order sales! The delivery time will just be a little longer due to production time (it varies from product to product). Make contact  by email for more information. 7. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, according to the Consumer Protection Code. For exchanges and returns: The product must be unused, In perfect condition. Requests should be made via email: soundscarsproject@gmail.com.

8. User Responsibilities. The user agrees to: Not use the site for illicit purposes, Not attempt to hack, damage or defraud it, Not copy content without authorization, Not disclose false information, Failure to comply may result in the user being blocked without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property. All site content, including: Texts, Images, Logo, Brand, Layout, Design, are the exclusive property of Scars Store, and any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability. Scars Store is not responsible for: Technical failures of the website, Temporary unavailability, Viruses or third-party intrusions, Incorrect information provided by the user.

11. Data Protection. User data is processed as described in Scars Store's Privacy Policy, in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

12. Changes to the Terms. Scars Store may modify these Terms at any time, aiming to improve services or comply with legal regulations. The updated version will always be available on the website.

13. Jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of the city of Rio de Janeiro – RJ is chosen to settle any disputes relating to these Terms, with express waiver of any other.
